3-year warranty on complete system components from original invoice date (system components is defined as all major component inside the case, excluding special order items). A complete system is defined as an operational cpu unit assembled by MG Electronics® which includes an operating system. MG Electronics® will replace or repair any system component for a period of 3 years from the invoice date. If a replacement component is no longer available or is discontinued, MG Electronics® reserves the right to substitute the component for an equivalent part, or offer an upgrade option. Custom configured systems carry a 1-year limited warranty.
Lifetime Limited Labor Warranty For Complete Systems
MG Electronics® will repair any complete system purchased from MG Electronics® However, if the need for repair was due to customer negligence (at MG Electronics®'s discretion) or is in any way the fault of the customer (at MG Electronics®'s discretion), MG Electronics® reserves the right to charge the customer for the cost of labor at MG Electronics®'s current hourly labor rate.

Any customer who purchases a complete system from MG Electronics® is entitled to free technical support for as long as they own the system. To obtain technical support services or to invoke warranted privileges, customers should either contact MG Electronics®'s Technical Support Department or send us

30-day Money-Back Guarantee On Complete Systems
Every MG Electronics® complete system includes a 30-day money-back guarantee (may be subject to a 15% restocking fee). Shipping and handling or open software are non-refundable.
Parts Warranty
Every retail part or hard drive that MG Electronics® carries has a full manufacturer's warranty. If your retail part is defective within 30 days from the date of the original invoice, you will receive a replacement part from MG Electronics® If your retail part should fail after 30 days of the original invoice date, your manufacturer's warranty is in effect and the product can be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts, except for processors, have a full one-year MG Electronics® warranty. If your oem part is defective within one year from the date of the original invoice, you will receive a replacement part from MG Electronics® If a replacement oem part is no longer available or is discontinued, MG Electronics® reserves the right to substitute the oem product for an equivalent part or offer an upgrade option. OEM processors carry a 30-day MG Electronics® warranty only. MG Electronics® is in no way responsible for the incompatibility, assembly of and / or integration of kits, barebone systems and / or parts purchased from MG Electronics® with other components not purchased from MG Electronics®. If parts returned as defective to MG Electronics® for replacement or refund are tested by MG Electronics® technicians and found to be in correct working order, customers are subject to a $35.00 diagnostic fee, in addition to any shipping and handling charges incurred by MG Electronics®, at MG Electronics®'s discretion. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee may be applied to such parts claimed to be defective and returned for refund.
